What You Will Be Doing:

  • Conducting discovery sessions with global clients to understand their pain points and building innovative solutions using RFgen MobileEdge™.
  • Articulating and selling the benefits of RFgen MobileEdge™ solutions to stakeholders at various levels within organizations.
  • Creating positive client experiences through empathy, storytelling, and immersive demo techniques.
  • Developing and delivering innovative demos, establishing trust with technical stakeholders.
  • Identifying industry challenges and trends, tailoring RFgen MobileEdge™ value propositions.
  • Representing RFgen MobileEdge™ solutions at marketing or partner events.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders globally.
  • Participating in appropriate product, sales, and procedural training to maintain necessary knowledge and skills.
  • Showing initiative, self-motivation, and delivering high-quality results, meeting the expectations of both internal and external customers.

Experience You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or equivalent field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Sales Technical Resource, or Product Implementations.
  • 5+ years of business experience with relevant application solutions (e.g., Oracle Cloud for Supply Chain Management).
  • Direct SaaS experience, preferably in Solution Engineering or direct sales with Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Industries or knowledge of Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain Planning/Demand Planning.
  • Previous experience in managing relationships and closing deals successfully.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% on average, depending on clients and industries served.
  • Preferred: Ability to understand technical architecture and integration into client infrastructure, proficiency in working with complex business requirements and designing solutions, understanding of the competitive landscape and product positioning, industry certifications in Manufacturing, such as Six Sigma, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Quality Engineer, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
